You will Need:
3 tablespoons of butter ( I use the vegan healthy balance soy free version)
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup green onions
3/4 cup container of fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup of grape tomatoes
half a bag of fresh baby spinach
box of pasta of choice.
Warm up the skillet with the butter and garlic and onions, after the garlic begins to brown add the rest of the ingredients and stir and mix them together. Add a tad bit of salt, oregano and pepper to taste, then add the pasta into the skillet and stir it around.
After you toss the pasta in the skillet, you put desired amount on the plate.
You can also add some fresh Parmesan if desired.
